Produkty Pitania takes part in the Prodexpo 2006 exhibition

February 13 – 17, 2006: Produkty Pitania was one of more than 2,000 other companies from 60 countries to participate in the 13th Annual International Exhibit of Foods and Raw Materials – PRODEXP0 2006 – held at the Krasnaya Presnia Exhibition Center.

The company’s Vice President of Marketing, Tea Grguric believes that special event like this one are an “excellent” way for Produkty Pitania to meet and establish mutually beneficial relationships with both partners and competitors alike, while also showcasing its products.  Having set up a two-story exhibit stand in the hall’s main display area, company representatives, along with a well-known local chef, welcomed visitors with daily cooking shows and product tasting sessions.

The bright, well-planned, and informative exhibit drew a great deal of attention among exhibition guests and participants - including the company’s long-term partners, consumers, and competitors.  It featured a cozy kitchen to highlight Produkty Pitania’s Zolotoy Petushok product repositioning campaign, including its new marketing slogan “Tasty treat — excellent mood.”  And video monitors broadcasting the company’s most recent Zolotoy Petushok ads were set up throughout the exhibit, in an effort to further underscore the promotion.  What’s more, on February 15, Produkty Pitania’s management joined a group of journalists to discuss the outstanding results of this bold, new campaign, which boosted brand recognition and loyalty by an estimated 17%.

According to Grguric, “Exhibitions like this one provide excellent opportunities to demonstrate our achievements and look at what other companies are doing.  Thus, we were happy to see a growing number of Russian manufacturers who understand the importance of public communication and are anxious to participate in such important image-building events”.
