Moscow, May 31, 2006 – Produkty Pitania presented its online consumer project,  the Zolotoy Petushok Club.

Produkty Pitania’s innovative online consumer project, the Zolotoy Petushok Club website (at www.petushok.ru), is now up and running.  This new large-scale marketing program demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality frozen convenience food products, while further strengthening its close relationship with its consumers.  In the past, Produkty Pitania has concentrated its efforts largely on building a strong consumer culture around convenience food consumption, in addition to educating the public about how to choose frozen foods that are not only easy to prepare, but healthy and delicious as well. 

The company’s new service club is designed to streamline consumer communication and raise consumer loyalty, particularly among women who are juggling family and career.  As such, the project will focus on educating these consumers, while also learning more about their product preferences. 

Project designers hope to convey the Zolotoy Petushok brand’s many practical and emotional benefits by posting a series of easy to use recipes, practical household tips, and pertinent product information.  What’s more, club members may use the site to share recipes, swap ideas, and upload photos, as well as earn special bonus points and coupons.  And there’s a special section for children, with all sorts of games and other interesting activities for those times when mom is busy in the kitchen. Produkty Pitania also plans to expand its new marketing program beyond the Internet, by organizing master classes, meetings, and dedicated seminars for Club members.

The company invited selected guests to a promotional kickoff presentation at Unicum Restaurant, where they learned more about Zolotoy Petushok’s history and how the new website will work. Once the official presentation was over, company executives hosted a variety of contests and quizzes in addition to bestowing charter memberships on those who attended. 

Produkty Pitania Vice-President Tea Grguric said: “The Club’s format is specific: it is a good combination of interactive consumer incentives, all of which are aimed at raising awareness around and loyalty to the company’s Zolotoy Petushok trademark.  And to widen our consumer audience, we are planning to expand the online discussion beyond cooking to include many of the other issues that are important for modern Russian women and their families.  For example, the site will include leisure and holiday celebration tips, helpful ideas for juggling work and family schedules, and health and beauty information. While working on this project we hoped it would not only be popular, but also useful for busy women of all ages, who might use this resource to adopt a brighter and more dynamic Zolotoy Petushok lifestyle!”
