Produkty Pitania Company expands the line of its Zolotoy Petushok ready-to-eat lunches

Produkty Pitania Company launched production of foods in this category early in 2005. Before Zolotoy Petushok introduced its lasagna Russian consumers were not used to consuming the product. This is why the first product was designed to meet specific taste preferences of Russian target audiences and it was based on achievements of two national cuisines – Russian and Italian. Introduction of lasagna on the market was backed with informational and educational materials published in the press to tell the story of the course and explain its consumer advantages.
Presently the studies administered by Produkty Pitania demonstrate that the general level of food culture with Russian consumers has grown, notably with respect to lasagna.
The most recent novelties – Lasagna with Bolognese Gravy and Four Cheese Lasagna – are classical Italian courses. They were designed following the traditional national recipe and in order to deliver the recipe Produkty Pitania invited a cooking process specialist from Italy.
Each of these new products is an ideal office lunch or a quick and unusual Italian-style dinner for a family. The special heat-resistant tray provides for easy cooking either in regular or microwave ovens. As a result, the traditionally difficult to cook lasagna only needs heating before it is ready to be served.
