mySAP All-in-One is a software solution that helps manage all resources at a facility and generate a uniform environment for planning, accounting, managing and analyzing all major business processes at a facility. mySAP All-in-One is a comprehensive system that encompasses all financial and managerial accounting practices, human resources management, current operations and analytical activities. Strategic planning, identifying key goals and performance indicators, introduction of transparent business processes, keeping track of current data in a real time mode and managing them at all levels down to every single operation within the company – soon Produkty Pitania will enjoy all of the above.

Produkty Pitania will install a program to integrate, automate and streamline business processes for key functions such as planning, predictions and providing facts on sales volume, purchases and production, quality management at all production stages and financial management at remote facilities within a single management system. 

Installation of this solution will result in reduced managerial and operational costs. Business transparency will evolve and there will be more information available to decision-makers within the company. The company will be able to provide more efficient response to changes in market environment and ensure higher efficiency of managerial decisions.

The long-term program involves implementation in several stages. In the first stage of introduction – in 2005 – the following objectives will be set as priorities:

1. Replacement of all managerial accounting (Platinum SQL, ERA:Financials) at all production sectors of the company including managerial storage accounting, managerial financial accounting, accounts of those accountable etc.;

2. Integration of all departments of the company within one information coverage;

3. Replacement of production program for warehousing and ТМTS traffic in production;

4. Introduction of end-to-end planning throughout the company starting from sales and down to production, raw product and material purchases;

5. Generation of foundation for extended introduction of SAP;

6. Training for company staff who are members of the project workgroup in terms of using the software.
