In Oktyabrsky, a district in Kaliningrad, the district’s Social Protection Department held a reception for war and labor veterans residing in the area, to celebrate the eve of the 60^th Victory anniversary. Great Patriotic War veterans and representatives of municipal administration took part in the event.
