As one of Kaliningrad’s fastest growing companies, Produkty Pitania is on the verge of launching a new venture to produce puff pastry.  So with this plan in the offing, the company’s founder and CEO, Stefano Vlahovic, recently spoke about the importance of a qualified workforce.   

In addition to hiring from within the local talent pool, Produkty Pitania also employs foreign-born experts, who are willing to share their expertise with coworkers, Vlahovic said.  He went on to explain the need for experienced hands to keep abreast of constant changes in high-tech production equipment. 

“It takes time and effort to master this equipment, so we’re interested in promoting a variety of long-term employment strategies with which to attract the very best workers there are.”

Vlahovic emphasized that professional development and career growth opportunities at Produkty Pitania are abundant, especially given the fast pace at which the company is diversifying and expanding its operations.
