In February, Produkty Pitania attracted record crowds to its booth at Prodexpo 2007, Moscow’s highly touted international food exhibition – which is held in the city’s ultra-modern Expocenter.  As one of Europe’s largest trade fairs, Prodexpo offers an in-depth look at the Russian food processing industry and its strategic market development.

This year, the 43,000-square meter Expocenter featured more than 2.300 companies from 61 countries around the world.  Produkty Pitania took this opportunity to unveil its new line of gourmet meat products from Zolotoy Petushok, with a chef on hand to prepare such unique entrees as Krasnodar-style and De Volay Cutlets.  He also offered plenty of creative serving suggestions, while sponsoring a variety of contests and other promotions, with prizes like the company’s colorful cookbook, 100 Recipes from the Golden Kitchen.

According to Produkty Pitania’s Vice-President, Damir Imamovic, “This exhibition has become a tradition for us.  It gives us a chance to touch base with industry colleagues and old friends, while reminding us of the important role we play in the European convenience foods market.”
