Produkty Pitania Company President celebrated 10th anniversary with his team
Ten years ago the company founded production base and triggered development of frozen foods market. Was it easy to do for a Russian company with foreign capital?
- 1998 was the most difficult year for us, - says President of Produkty Pitania Stefano Vlahovic. – Our decision was right and we enjoyed the support from local authorities. In 2000 we opened a production shop, another one came on stream in 2003, and every other year thereafter we opened new shops. We are looking forwards to further development in the region. I would like to make the key point — without the team of our company, which I consider to be my family, we would not be successful! Many colleagues work for the company since its foundation and many families work with us, a lot of young people join us. I sincerely thank our friendly team for their support and congratulate them on our common anniversary!

Konstantin KIBALCHICH, 31, convenience foods line operator:
- In 2001 I came to work here. I have been trained at the plant and I am now thinking about a higher degree of education. Positive attitude and desire to develop is what attracts me here. I like studying new equipment at workshops lead by producer employees. I know every piece of equipment and I can work in any shop.
Tatiana YAKOVENKO, 21, process technician for experimental products:
- I have worked at the plant for several months. We have modern equipment and produce a broad range of products. In addition, the Company cooperates with our University. Students have internships here and then get good and prospective jobs. It is interesting to design new products and to change recipes of existing meals to further improve them.
Konstantin IVANOV, 26, Senior Master in Raw Material Preparation Shop:
- Came to work here as Master and in two years I grew to Senior Master’s position. Our team is young and the Company is developing. Mentors program is underway and experienced specialists train newcomers. New and modern equipment is introduced all the time, which makes the work more interesting. I like the social support, interest-less loan opportunities, free nutrition and travel to work, privileged sea recreation and access sports facilities. I would like to congratulate the plant and its team on the anniversary. Develop and prosper!
